| Marsden was convicted of stalking in 2004 and is currently on probation. She has a long history of fucked up behaviour, falsely accusing her swim coach of sexual harassment in the early 1990s resulting in his being fired, until it was proven that she had actually been sexually harassing him by sending him unsolicited provocative photos of herself and inundating him with phone calls. She's a complete psycho. |

oh look at this! rachel flaming yet another board to proclaim her innocence!
in fact, a conviction WAS registered for criminal harassment in 2004 and the judge, who now regrets his decision, gave her a discharge provided she stay out of trouble. she hasn't, and the law is coming calling again.

| I went to her university, Simon Fraser University in Burnaby, British Columbia. Sure she's sexy. But she's a full fledged nutbar. Her swim coach was Liam Donnelly. | Dear Maine: It would be great if we could all just be nice to each other and have civilized objective debate about real issues. However, when someone like Rachel Marsden comes along spewing right-wing rhetoric like some kind of Ann Coulter clone, while consciously using her sex-appeal to maximum effect on mainstream TV, she is opening herself to all kinds of talk about her past and present legal battles, her opinions and her sex appeal. If she is as nice as you say, maybe she should make an effort to reflect that in interviews and articles that she writes and actually try to make the world a better place. Instead she seems more comfortable using any soapbox to preach intollerance and encourage violence. Maybe she does have a good heart, but if she doesn't have the integrity to express her true nature in public, then we have nothing to talk about except her odious false persona which she created herself. Marsden is obviously a hurting unit with low self-esteem who craves attention. Her resultant verbal venom is an expression of her unresolved personal issues. I challenge her to address these issues before going public. |
